Soon the post went viral and this evening, the Delhi Police arrested the accused named Sarvjeet Singh.

Jasleen Kaur, has alleged that a boy heckled at her and also passed lewd comments on her on Sunday. More shocking was the fact that when the guy was confonted and the girl told him that she is clicking his picture, he responded by posing for the picture and said- “Jo kar sakti hai kar le.” The incident came to light after the girl posted the photograph of the guy on social media. The incident took place around 8 pm on Sunday in West Delhi’s Tilak Nagar. An FIR has also been registered.

Madhur Verma, DCP North Delhi after seeing the post on social media tweeted and said, “Pls file a complaint mentioning date/time and sequence of events to PS Tilak Nagar. You can also visit Women Help Desk at PS.” As per an ANI report, “Kaur has lodged a police complaint against the accused along with his photograph and bike number. The culprit has been arrested by Delhi police. Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Pushpendra Kumar on Monday said that Jasleen Kaur, the girl eve teased in Tilak Nagar yesterday, will be given 5000 rupees for her bravery.”
