A 46-year-old man, caught on CCTV while sexually abusing a four-year-old girl has been arrested in Hyderabad, police said on Thursday.
The man was caught while committing the crime at his house in Jahanuma under Shah Ali Banda police station limits in the old city.
Police have booked Akram Khan under Nirbhaya Act and Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
A man, who was called to assist in taking the backup of the CCTV camera, informed police.
A case has been registered at Police Station Shah Ali Banda under Section 377 IPC, 363 IPC, 366 IPC, 419 IPC, 534 (A)(1) (i) of Nirbhaya Act and Section 5 R/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences(POCSO) Act.
