On Sunday NEET held exam for medical colleges in various centers all over India. National Eligibility Entrance Test was organised by CBSE. According to Supreme Courts new laws are made to put an end to cheating, every center was under strict checking rules. Every student was checked profoundly before entering to the examination hall.
Candidates who came wearing shirts were asked to put off their shirts while security check. So boys had to give their exam in vest. On the other hand girls were asked to remove their Dupattas. With this checking were done in many different ways in all other states. Exam was held in 52 cities in 1052 centers and over 6.67 lakh students were appeared for the same. Exam time was between 10 AM to 1 PM and students who were 5 minutes late were not allowed to enter the center premises. Each student was checked by six teachers.
According to new rules:
- Girls were asked to take off their earrings and scarves were also put outside of the hall.
- Doubtful girls were asked to remove all their clothes and their under garments were also checked. So many of the girls cried.
- Full sleeves shirts of candidates were cut down with scissors.
- Candidates were not allowed to take any electronic item inside the hall like calculator, watches etc. Not even pen or pencils were allowed.
- Not even water bottles and edible things were allowed.
- Videography was done in every center. Even Flying squad was hired to o curb cheating during the exams.
- Every Candidate was checked infront of six teachers and only after getting complete satisfaction, candidate was allowed to enter the hall.
- Only few were allowed to sit in exam with clothes on, keeping religious sentiments in mind.
