Abhyuday, IIT Bombay is organizing social fest on the theme of “Celebrating the Spirit of Social Good” .
Social Fest is a two day extravaganza that brings global leaders, change makers and students on the same platform celebrating the spirit of Social Good.
To provide an immense learning experience for the youth, inspiring them to adopt a socially conscious outlook through interaction.
This social festival will be held on feb 6th and 7th , 2016 .
About Abhyuday, IIT Bombay
Abhyuday, IIT Bombay, the social body of the institute, tries to find issues of young students related to their career and future, by leading a city-wide initiative, called “Career Counselling Campaign (CCC)”.
Abhyuday reach out the economically backward students, mainly centered around Mumbai, and assist them in their quest towards further education. A group of mentors, entirely pooled from the student community of IIT Bombay, visits these schools, and takes sessions where the students are told more about the possibilities of continuing education, the different career paths that they might take up once after education, and the bright future prospects that they have with proper schooling.
