Incident took place in Jaipur , Rajasthan where the courage and presence of mind of a 7-year-old boy not just saved a 5-year-old girl from a goon who was trying to rape her but also got him arrested in Jaipur police station.
According to ETV report, the boy was playing with friends outside Madina Masjid when a stranger came upto the girl and offered her a chocolate. Later, he lured her with promise of giving more chocolate and took her away.
The boy noticed it and rushed home to inform his parents who contacted the girl’s parents. Soon, the parents and the neighbours set out to look for the girl. They found the girl crying behind some bushes. On seeing the crowd, the accused tried to escape but was nabbed and handed over to the police.
The police have registered a case under POCSO act.
