After the video got viral on internet large number of people were supporting him and here is what BSF replied on that video on the news and media .
The BSF said Tej Bahadur Yadav (Jawan in that video) – “a soldier deployed along the Indo-Pakistan border in Jammu and Kashmir – had a “difficult past” and needed regular counselling.”
“Different correction mechanics have been applied as he was habitual offender of absenteeism without permission, chronic alcoholism, misbehaving and using force with superior officers and certain other acts against good order and discipline,” the force said in a statement. The BSF also ordered a “fair and transparent” probe.
After this incident Yadav alleged that his duty had been changed and his commander pressed him to take down them down.
He also said “I am not afraid of losing my job…I have shown what the reality is at the post”. “If soldiers [are] benefited because of me, then I am ready to fight,”
Yadav also said he is not blaming any government , there is supply for them but which does not reach them rather senior authorities sell it on open market.
Meanwhile, Minister of State (Home) Kiren Rijiju too has assured that any lapse in the welfare of defence forces will be addressed on priority.
